Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Carol Rose Fine Art! We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before making your purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction with the artwork.
  • Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
    • The painting has been damaged during transit.
    • There is a printer error on the painting.

2. Damage Claims:

  • If your painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • To initiate a return due to damage, please email us at carol@carolrosefineart.com with clear photographs showing the damage to the painting as well as the packaging it arrived in.

3. Printer Error Claims:

  • In the case of a printer error (such as incorrect colors or missing elements), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To initiate a return due to a printer error, please email us at carol@carolrosefineart.com with clear photographs showing the error.

4. Artist Discretion:

  • All return requests are subject to the discretion of the artist.
  • The artist will review the provided photographs and determine whether the return is eligible.

5. Return Process:

  • If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
  • Please securely package the painting in its original packaging and ship it back to us within 7 days of receiving the return label.
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate a refund or exchange, depending on your preference.

6. Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

7. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized paintings are not eligible for returns unless there is damage or a printer error.
  • Sale items are also not eligible for returns unless there is damage or a printer error.
